These are the first pictures inside the new build Cantonian High School in Cardiff as pupils and staff moved in on January 15 after years of building work.
Newly appointed Headteacher, Andraea Davies said the move marks "the beginning of a new chapter for Cantonian High School".
Facilities include new science labs, a library, full-size sport courts, a dance studio, gym and 4G pitches. There is also a wellbeing hub. For the biggest stories in Wales first, sign up to our daily newsletter here.
The groundbreaking project will bring Woodlands High and Riverbank School on to the integrated site, the £110m Fairwater Community Campus, in September this year.
Facilities will be open to the local community groups after school hours.
The campus is Cardiff and the Welsh Government’s largest ever investment through the Sustainable Communities for Learning programme.
The net zero site also includes a wellbeing hub, sports faciluities, nutrition and food‑education areas and a community café which will use home‑grown produce.
Proposals for the redevelopment of Cantonian, Riverbank and Woodlands High School were first agreed by Welsh Ministers in July 2020 for implementation by 2023.
The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic combined with operational issues held up the proposals and new dates were set, which were met.
Headteacher, Andraea Davies said: "It has been heart-warming to see our pupils walk through the doors of a school they truly deserve. This extraordinary campus gives us the platform to match our ambition for every young person.
"Cantonian has always been rooted in its community, and this remarkable new setting allows us to deepen that connection while offering young people outstanding spaces and opportunities in which to learn, grow and thrive. The best is yet to come, and I feel humbled and privileged to be standing here today as headteacher."
