Rhondda Cynon Taf is the second largest county borough in Wales. It includes five valleys: the Rhondda Fawr, Rhondda Fach, Cynon, Taff and Ely valleys as well as a number of other communities. In total there are 237,497 residents of the area. The largest town is Aberdare, followed by Pontpridd.
