Emergency services have rushed to a residential street in Plymouth this evening (Thursday, January 15).
Police and the fire service have been spotted on Wilton Street in the Stoke area of the city.
There is a cordon in place around two houses, according to our reporter at the scene.

No injuries reported by fire service
A spokesperson for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue said:
We were called at 4.38pm today to a reported fire in the porch of a property on Wilton Street in Plymouth.
The fire is now out, and the scene is in the hands of the police.
There are no reports of any injuries.
