Selling Sunset's explosive spin-off series Selling The OC is back for a fourth season today (November 12), with three new agents joining the show.
Real estate newbie Fiona Belle, former model Ashtyn Zerboni and luxury rentals expert Kaylee Ricciardi are filling The Oppenheim Group's empty Orange County office seats after the shock exit of six major cast members since the last season.
Agents Kayla Cardona, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Ali Harper, Sean Palmieri and Lauren Shortt all departed the show after Season 3, while fan favourites Tyler Stanaland, Alex Hall, Polly Brindle, Brandi Marshall, Austin Victoria and Gio Helou are back once again.
Despite being a new addition to the series, Kaylee has already made her mark, declaring in her first few minutes on-screen that she's "a b***h" and will call out people "immediately" if she feels the need to.
Who is Kaylee Ricciardi?
Kaylee, who hails from Boston, is a 35-year-old luxury real estate agent at The Oppenheim Group. Before joining the brokerage, she studied psychology and neuroscience and even lived in Spain for a while.
According to her official O Group profile, she has 13 years experience in the luxury rentals market, a background in fashion modelling and "deep connections in the entertainment industry."
So far on the show she has revealed her passion for festivals and admitted she got her start by overseeing luxury rentals at Coachella before securing her real estate licence "about five years ago." She previously worked for real estate agency Aaron Kirman Group.
Kaylee Ricciardi and Austin Victoria's history explained
In episode one of the new season, OC agent Austin Victoria reveals he already knows Kaylee as she used to be in a relationship with one of his close friends.
"I know Kaylee because she dated one of my best friends from LA," he tells the cameras. "Unfortunately I think him and Kaylee had a bad break-up, but we stayed in touch and she's worked hard, you know."
He continues: "She's learned the business and she's done really well compared to where she was a year ago when she joined The O Group."
