A crime thriller turned comedy film that fans have praised as 'immaculate, intriguing, and hilarious' airs on Channel 4 tonight.

Knives Out stars Daniel Craig, Ana de Armas, Chris Evans, Katharine Langford and Christopher Plummer. The film had a budget of $40 million and grossed over $312 million worldwide, with fans hailing it as a huge success which has led to sequels. The 2019 film follows the circumstances surrounding the death of crime novelist Harlan Thrombey, which are mysterious but there's one thing that renowned Detective Benoit Blanc knows for sure and that's everyone in the wildly dysfunctional Thrombey family is a suspect. Now, Blanc must sift through a web of lies and red herrings to uncover the truth. One film fan wrote: "Best movie of the year. Not even close."
