“I want to see Vecna’s heart on a platter,” Dustin tells his friends as they get ready.
The trailer culminates in a montage of clips, including demogorgons jumping on vans, Robin Buckley (Maya Hawke) and Murray Bauman (Brett Gelman) driving in a van together as it’s attacked by Vecna’s minions, and Joyce Byers (Winona Ryder) and Jonathan Byers (Charlie Heaton) having a shootout from behind a bar.

The teaser ends with Nancy Wheeler (Natalia Dyer), Jonathan, Dustin and Steve in a car speeding towards a rapidly closing entrance to the Upside Down.
Despite the others protesting that they won’t make it, Steve puts the pedal to metal and speeds through the gap as a wing mirror is shorn off.
