Selling Sunset fans still cooling off after the reality hit's blistering ninth season don't have long to wait for even more drama, as a spin-off series releases in a matter of hours.
β
Selling The OC follows agents at The Oppenheim Group who sell properties in the luxurious Orange County, as opposed to the main series' LA-based team.
β
A fourth season of the spin-off drops on Netflix on Wednesday (November 12), hot on the heels of Selling Sunset's reunion episode in which some of the Selling The OC cast made a brief appearance.
β
Agent Alex Hall also had a cameo in the main series during a relief drive following the LA wildfires, which saw the agents from across The Oppenheim Group offices team-up and support those affected.
However, die hard fans of Selling The OC may notice the main cast looks very different in the upcoming season, as a whopping six agents have now departed the show.
β
Main cast members Kayla Cardona, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Ali Harper, Sean Palmieri and Lauren Shortt won't be back for the fourth season. However, fans can expect to see Tyler Stanaland, Alex Hall, Polly Brindle, Brandi Marshall, Austin Victoria and Gio Helou back on their screens again.
There will also be three new cast members joining: newly-graduated Fiona Belle, former model Ashtyn Zerboni, and luxury rentals pro Kaylee Ricciardi.
After the third season wrapped filming in 2023, a number of agents went public with their reasons for not returning to the show including Alexandra Jarvis and Sean Palmieri, both of whom were involved in a number of the show's biggest clashes.
β
"Unfortunately, The Oppenheim Group was not a culture fit for me," Sean explained in a statement to Entertainment Tonight, while Alexandra told PEOPLE that "I just know when it's time to leave a party."
Meanwhile Lauren has since established her own real estate team. Ali has remained tight-lipped about her exit - however it has emerged she still does not have a real estate licence.
β
Kayla has also not gone public with her reasons for not appearing in Season 4 but still has 'realtor' for The Oppenheim Group in her Instagram bio, despite not appearing in the cast list.
Tyler Stanaland had also hinted at a show exit as at the end of Season 3, as he left The Oppenheim Group to work with his father, but the show's trailer teases his return and the revival of his will-they won't-they romance storyline with co-star Alex.
Following the release of Season 3, show creator Adam DiVello teased there would be "a lot of new faces" in the new episodes. He added: "A lot has changed in the real lives of those agents since Season 3, so itβs exciting to get back down there."
Selling the OC Season 4 lands on Netflix on November 12
