Fans of Selling Sunset were left reeling after the dramatic season 9 reunion episode aired yesterday.
When the Netflix co-stars reunited for an explosive reunion special, fans learned the real reason Emma Hernan got back together with her boyfriend Blake Davis.
The action-packed episode also saw Mary Bonnet share an update after her terrifying burglary ordeal, while Nicole Young was forced to apologise to Chrishell Stause following an inappropriate comment about her late parents.
Elsewhere in the show, multiple cast members, including Jason and Brett Oppenheim, Sandra Vergara and Alanna Whittaker, walked off set following an escalating row between Chrishell and Bre Tiesi.
But when was the reunion of Selling Sunset season 9 really filmed? One cast member appears to have given away the answer.
When was the Selling Sunset reunion filmed?
The reunion episode of Selling Sunset season 9 aired yesterday, November 5.
The new installment, which was packed with plenty of bombshell updates, dropped one week after Selling Sunset season 9 launched on October 29.
Filming for the latest season of the reality show reportedly wrapped back in February 2025, but it seems the reunion didn’t take place until mid-August of the same year.
Cast member Nicole Young gave away the filming date on August 16, when she posted a TikTok with the caption: “Ready for a Selling Sunset battle.”
She confirmed the reunion had taken place the next day, as she uploaded another video complaining that she had been given little time to speak on the show.
Nicole claimed she had arrived on set at 8:30 am and was ready for filming by 10:15 am, but that she had only been summoned to the studio at 6:00pm to film.

Romain Bonnet, as well as the Oppenheim brothers, Jason and Brett, also made an appearance.
