Selling Sunset's Mary Fitzgerald walked off set and refused to continue filming during explosive scenes.
The highly anticipated ninth series of the hit property show picks up where series eight left off. Returning to Netflix this week, the ten-episode series takes viewers back to Los Angeles, which was hit by devastating wildfires earlier this year.
Featuring beloved regulars like Chrishell Stause, Chelsea Lazkani and Mary Bonnet, plus new cast members, the programme has delivered some dramatic moments.
Mary herself was spotted storming off camera and declining to film after tense scenes where she revealed a frightening experience during one Selling Sunset segment, reports OK!.
During the episode, it was revealed that Mary's property was ransacked by three masked intruders.
Mary, who has appeared on the programme since 2019, lives in Los Angeles with her spouse, Romain, after they bought their first property together in 2022.
Sources indicate their residence was hit by masked thieves in what appears to be part of a string of celebrity break-ins across Los Angeles. TMZ reported at the time that the criminals escaped with over $130k worth of belongings, including jewellery and handbags.
Whilst the pair weren't at home during the incident, the burglars were captured on security camera footage.
Mary spoke candidly on the Netflix programme, admitting she feels "scared" and "paranoid".
Addressing the camera, the Selling Sunset personality revealed: "Our home was robbed in broad daylight by three masked men.
"They cut our power, broke in and stole hundreds of thousands of dollars in jewellery and family heirlooms and bags while Romain and I were out.
"My neighbour found Thor shaking out on the street, but we're all okay."
She added, "I am scared, I'm kind of paranoid that it's going to happen again. I don't feel safe."
Confessing it had "caused stress" on her relationship with partner Romain due to the "upsetting and stressful situation."
Mary was seen in tears as she opened up about what had been taken, including family heirlooms from her mum and an item from her ex-husband, who died.
She said, "I had one thing left from my ex-husband, who passed away; it was so meaningful, and they took it."
However, things soon took a dramatic twist in explosive scenes when co-star Chelsea appeared to have sent flowers to Mary, which did not go down well.
The flowers were delivered, along with a card that read: "I heard about what happened. Keeping you in prayers, everything you lost will be replenished tenfold, Chelsea Lazkani."
Storming out, Mary fumed: "No, I'm not doing this."
She can be heard saying: "I allow you to come to my f***** house... It just happened to be delivered when you guys are here? I don't believe that."
Storming back into the home, Mary said she was done filming as she said: "I'm done filming, I'm not gonna continue. You have no idea."
