Sadie Sink may be best known for Stranger Things but she has been in an abundance of other memorable projects over the years.

Stranger Things fans feared Max Mayfield (played by Sadie Sink) was never going to wake up as she remained in a coma during the first few episodes of season five.

However, the Netflix hit gave subscribers hope as it was revealed that Max’s mind was still alive and well but trapped within Vecna’s memories, looking for an escape.

As fans impatiently wait for the next batch of episodes to drop, here’s a rundown of what else Sadie Sink has been in and what she’s got coming up.

Every Sadie Sink film and TV show so far

Sink initially started her career on Broadway, starring in a production of Annie in 2012 and then The Audience a few years later.

She actually returned to the stage earlier this year for John Proctor Is The Villain which won her a Tony Award nomination.

The 23-year-old’s television career kicked off with one-off episode appearances in shows such as Tweenies, The Americans and Blue Bloods before landing her first recurring role.

This was in NBC’s conspiracy thriller American Odyssey where she portrayed a character called Suzanne Ballard for 11 episodes.

She had another minor role in Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt before Sink won her first ever movie as Kimberly, the daughter of heavyweight boxer Chuck Wepner in the 2016 biopic Chuck.

Other movies quickly followed including coming-of-age drama The Glass Castle with Woody Harrelson and Naomi Watts and the Netflix horror film Eli with Yellowstone legend Kelly Reilly.

It was then in 2021 that Sink began starring in the Fear Street franchise as Ziggy Berman in all three of the horror films based on author RL Stine’s work.

The Stranger Things icon once again turned her attention to another coming-of-age film but with a psychological thriller twist called Dear Zoe.

Taking on the lead role of Tess, Dear Zoe revolves around a family suffering from an unbelievable loss until she finds unexpected support from her biological father.

She also comes across his “charming but dangerous juvenile delinquent next door neighbour” but can Tess really trust them?

Arguably one of her other biggest opportunities came in 2022 when she starred opposite George of the Jungle actor Brendan Fraser in The Whale.

The film revolves around morbidly obese Charlie (Brandan Fraser) trying to repair his relationship with daughter Ellie (Sadie Sink) after abandoning her eight years prior.

Singing her praises to Vanity Fair, Fraser commented: “I had a front row seat to watch Sadie blossom before my eyes.

“I had the best seat in the house to watch this kid, young woman, show us how natural and good and talented [she is].”

After working on another horror, A Sacrifice, and starring in coming-of-age musical O’Dessa, Sink is preparing to make her Marvel debut in Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

It’s been revealed that she is going to play the Punisher’ vigilante ally Rachel Cole Alves with the film set for a July 31, 2026 release date.

In addition to joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe, she will be starring in the film version of John Proctor Is The Villain as Shelby Holcomb, which she won her Tony Award nomination for.

But before any of this, there is still the end of Stranger Things to focus on but will Max finally be able to escape Vecna’s mind before it’s too late?

Stranger Things season five, part two, premieres on Boxing Day, Friday, December 26, on Netflix.
