Selling Sunset fans can fill the void with another addictive series, which is getting new episodes on Netflix in December.
โ
The reality series follows powerhouse business mogul Ryan Serhant and his brokerage SERHANT as it navigates the highs and lows of New York City real estate.
โ
The series in question is Owning Manhatten, and season two is just around the corner.
โ
Serhant told Tudum of season two: โItโs an emotional and physical roller coaster. There are records broken โ $50 and $60 million purchases.
"Thereโs commercial development in the hundreds of millions of dollars." He also teased new faces will join the team.

Serhant suggested some agents were struggling to keep up, bringing their futures at the firm into question.
He shared: โWe go from basically 300 agents in season one to crossing 1,000 agents in season two.
โ
โLike any growing company, what got us here wonโt get us there. Thatโs true for the types of properties we sell, for the markets we go into, and for the people that get to work with me.
"What makes our firm special is if you donโt sell, you canโt be here.โ
All eight episodes of season two will drop on Netflix on December 5.
โ
The final moments of the season one finale saw Serhant get offered the opportunity to sell an entire building of units worth more than $300 million.
The exciting prospect immediately raises a lot of challenging questions for the brokerage.
โ
Season two also teases "all-out real estate warfare" as inventory is low everywhere, meaning there are not enough homes for buyers.
Serhant says there will also be more workplace conflicts, high-stakes deals and shocking twists.
โPeople will be surprised to see who the villain is,โ he said. โItโs not who you think.โ
