Love Island All Stars is poised to return to television screens with a fresh series and one contestant in particular made quite an impression during her original appearance on the programme.
Jess Harding, who rose to prominence after winning Love Island in 2023 alongside her former partner Sammy Root, has undergone a remarkable transformation.
The 25 year old star is returning to reality television with All Stars, and has seized the chance to reveal her stunning makeover and the aesthetic procedures she's undergone.
Her cosmetic journey encompasses lip, cheek and chin fillers, which she openly discussed on her aesthetics Instagram account. Sharing before-and-after photographs, she explained: "My personal transformation over the past 5+ years as an Aesthetics Practitioner."
She added: "Of course growing up and coming into my features naturally has played its part but Aesthetic treatments have definitely made a difference too (along with learning how to do my makeup)."
Offering some guidance, she noted: "Just a little reminder that when done correctly and with a natural approach, Aesthetic treatments can create subtle yet amazing changes over time! choose your practitioner wisely."
Followers were swift to commend Jess's transformation, with admirers filling her post's comments section with praise. One fan remarked: "Gorgeous darling," whilst another added: "Love the transparency gorgeous,
"Glow up girlie xx," a third follower declared. A fourth added: "Honest, real and gorgeous inside and out, before and now! keep shining queen xx.
"Gorgeous girl before and after," a fifth fan chimed in. Meanwhile a sixth fan wrote: "I love the transparency! You're beautiful inside and out!" However, a seventh was less impressed, venting: "Why not just be natural? I don't get all this fake look!".
Ahead of her television comeback, Jess has pledged not to be walked over in her fresh search for romance. She said: "I don't want to be a pushover. I was the nice girl in the corner.
"But now my confidence has grown, I've got a great personality, I'm nice looking, if you don't want me, someone else will be lucky to have me."
She'll be accompanied by fellow champion Millie Court, 29, who won the ITV2 programme in 2021 alongside former partner Liam Reardon. Her comeback follows their September separation and the conclusion of their turbulent romance.
Whitney Adebayo, 28, just missed out on victory that same year when she and Lochan Nowacki finished as runners-up, much to viewers' surprise. The pair ended their two-year romance in 2025 amid contentious circumstances.
The social media star publicly alleged her former boyfriend made racist comments throughout their time together, accusations Lochan strongly refuted before initiating legal proceedings against her for defamation.
Whitney now makes a dramatic comeback to the villa hoping to discover her perfect match.
