Netflix has officially announced The Lincoln Lawyer season 4 will include new cast members

The Lincoln Lawyer enthusiasts and fans of legal dramas can celebrate as Netflix has confirmed the official launch date for the upcoming chapter of the legal drama, which saw a dramatic season three finale.
Co-showrunners Ted Humphrey and Dailyn Rodriguez revealed to Tudum: "Following the incredibly suspenseful and emotional climax of season three, the stakes have never been higher, because this time Mickey is the client.
"With his very life and reputation on the line, he'll need the strength and support of his entire team, and his entire family, to fight for his future."
The forthcoming season draws inspiration from Michael Connelly's bestselling novel The Law of Innocence, marking the sixth instalment in the literary series. The writer has also disclosed plans for a fresh new book.
Comprising 10 episodes, all releasing simultaneously, the series will premiere on February 5.
Mickey's courtroom battle forms the centrepiece of the new season, with viewers anxiously awaiting his fate.
Ted Humphrey explained: "In the first episode, you'll understand at least the broad strokes of what specifically has happened and what charges - and adversaries - Mickey is facing.
"This is going to be the biggest and most personal challenge Mickey has ever faced, and also the biggest roller coaster we've yet taken our audience on."
He added: "He's got to deal with how this impacts not just him but also his family and loved ones, not to mention his business.
"But don't worry - he's going to have help from some of the people our audience loves the most."
Emmy nominee Constance Zimmer has been added to the lineup as Dana Berg, a former colleague of Maggie McPherson's (Neve Campbell) from her days working at the LA district attorney's office.
Dana is portrayed as "a relentless prosecutor" who "has a single-mindedness that earned her the nickname Death Row Dana".
Cobie Smulders, famous for her role in How I Met Your Mother, is also coming aboard, although details about her character remain secret.
Sasha Alexander, recognised from Dawson's Creek, will appear regularly as the "no-nonsense and intimidating" FBI Agent Dawn Ruth.
Kyle Richards enters the series as Celeste Baker, who approaches Haller & Associates seeking to employ Lorna Crane (Becki Newton) as her divorce lawyer.
Scott Lawrence takes on the role of Judge Stone, a former prosecutor renowned for his harsh sentencing, whilst Jason Butler Harner plays Detective Drucker, a robbery homicide investigator.
Emmanuelle Chriqui will portray Jeanine Ferrigno, the partner of a local gangster who becomes entangled in criminal activities.
Jason O'Mara appears as Jack Gilroy, Mickey's ex-wife Maggie's new partner, who works as an orthopaedic surgeon specialising in sports medicine.
Nancy Silverton will make a cameo appearance as herself, a world-famous chef, alongside Javon Johnson as Carter Gates, a dedicated business owner who becomes accused of murder.
The Lincoln Lawyer season 4 arrives on Netflix from February 5.
