The Scot, who was sold to Norwich by Everton in January, returned to haunt his former club on a night to forget for Ronald Koeman at Goodison Park.
β
He scored the opening goal for the visiting Canaries as they ran out 2-0 winners to earn their place in the last 16 of the competition.
β
And Everton's fans will see their tormentor staring back at them for the remainder of the month - because he features in the club's official calendar, which was released last year, during the month of September.

Naismith, who turned 30 earlier this month, gave Alex Neil's side the lead with a left-footed effort just before half-time.
Youngster Josh Murphy doubled the visitors' lead 16 minutes from time and Everton had no response.

Everton v Norwich CityβIt's football, we go on," Everton boss Koeman said post-match. "I don't expect we lose at home, but it is football, and sometimes it happens β you just have to fight on.
"Of course I am not happy β you don't get a second chance in the cup, but I can't criticise my players because we did everything to score the goal."
