Mick McCARTHY changed his team just before kick-off after defender Richard Stearman was caught in traffic.
Stearman got stuck on the M6 so McCarthy drafted in Neill Collins - and Wolves went top with a double from nine-goal striker Sylvan Ebanks-Blake (above) either side of Darren Pratley's leveller.
McCarthy said: "Richard got stuck on the motorway and I was in there trying to do my team talk.
So Neill Collins, who wasn't going to play, did and was excellent."
Swanseaboss Roberto Martinez said: "I felt we deserved a draw."
