Manchester United have agreed a £25million deal with PSV Eindhoven winger Memphis Depay, the Dutch club have confirmed.
United have reached an agreement with PSV for Holland international Depay, beating off interest from arch rivals Liverpool.
If the deal is confirmed, Depay will be United's first signing of a summer in which they plan to spend big again, with another £150m at Van Gaal's disposal.

According to Dutch journalist Thijs Slegers, Depay told his PSV team-mates of the move at their training ground this morning and was warmly congratulated.
Depay enjoys a close relationship with United boss Louis van Gaal, under whom he played for the Netherlands during the 2014 World Cup.
Memphis DepayThe 21-year-old had played down talk of a move in the last weeks, but has hinted at his desire to move abroad.
"Of course I'm looking at beautiful leagues," he said a fortnight ago. "And then it's always nice if clubs are interested."
