The 19-year-old is poised to join the Eredivisie strugglers on loan for the rest of the campaign, reports the Liverpool Echo.

Chirivella signed for the Reds from Valencia four years ago, and manager Jurgen Klopp believes the 19-year-old would benefit from regular first-team football.

The Spanish teenager, who missed the start of the season due to injury, hasnβt made Kloppβs 18-man matchday squad so far this term but has impressed for Liverpool Under-23s.

Go Ahead Eagles are currently bottom of the Eredivisie but sit just two points from safety and hope that securing Chirivellaβs services will help them to maintain their top-flight status.
Chirivella made his Liverpool debut against Bordeaux in the Europa League in September 2015. He went on to make another four appearances after Klopp took over last season, including a first Premier League at Swansea City in May.
Meanwhile, Liverpool will not be taking Coventry City defender Cian Harries on trial.
