Kyle Walker's move to AC Milan will be finalised on Thursday after Manchester City agreed to loan him out.
Walker, 34, will join the Italian giants until the end of this season. Milan, who'll pay the England international's £175,000-a-week wages in full during the loan period, also have the option to sign him permanently in the summer transfer window.
Having demanded a two-year contract, Walker has already pre-agreed a deal which runs until 2027 if the Serie A side decide to trigger that clause. The soon-to-be former City captain rejected multiple other clubs in favour of joining Milan, including turning down lucrative offers from Saudi Arabia.
It's been suggested that Walker is making the move to Italy in an effort to mend his relationship with wife Annie Kilner, who he has four children with.

The 93-cap England defender has enjoyed huge success in Manchester, winning six Premier League titles, two FA Cups, four League Cups and the Champions League.
But, now aged 34, he has decided it is time for a new challenge and moves to a Milan side languishing eighth in Serie A, eight points off the Champions League places.

The former Spurs star is focusing on maximising his career at the top level. The right-back believes that he can continue to be a mainstay for England under new manager Thomas Tuchel.
Currently on 93 caps for his country, Walker has his eyes on a century of appearances. He'll have celebrated his 36th birthday by the time the 2026 World Cup in Canada, Mexico and the United States begins but Walker hopes that his move to Milan, in a league famous for its defensive acumen, will boost his chances.
