We've seen some pretty good impact subs in our time - Ole Gunnar Solskjaer , David Fairclough, Adam Le Fondre and Javier Hernandez to name a few.
But a Brazilian defender who you've never heard of could be about to join their ranks with a single goal.
Brazilian side Nautico were taking on Group A side Santa Cruz in the Copa Do Nordeste. The home side suffered a major blow in the 17th minute when defender Tiago Alves picked up an injury.

Replacing his crocked teammate, Nirley made sure he wasn't letting anyone down.
Running up for his side's corner, the 28-year-old proceeds to meet the resulting set-piece and bury his header into the back of the net.

He was on the pitch for less than 15 seconds, 00:13:20 seconds to be exact.
It was his first touch for the club and won a HUGE derby.
Nirley's effort was the only goal of the game and has now given Nautico a slim chance of qualifying out of their group.
