Ex-teacher Leanne Wilson set up an OnlyFans account under the name "Sophie Palmer" where she offered sexually explicit services to subscribers while employed at a school for autism

A disgraced teacher set up an OnlyFans profile where she offered to rate subscribers' penis sizes and to send them her underwear.

Leanne Wilson set up an OnlyFans account, where she advertised she would send out her underwear to subscribers and as well as other paid services, including the "ability to control her vibrator remotely". Under the alias "Sophie Palmer", the former teacher uploaded sexually explicit photographs and videos of herself and had sexual interactions with subscribers.
β
Wilson's online persona was uncovered by a member of staff at Holbrook School for Autism in May 2023, who took screenshots of her Instagram account and brought them to the school's HR team. Staff recognised the woman as Miss Wilson, who had been teaching at the school since April 2015.
β
The Instagram account included a link to her OnlyFans account and she was suspended a day later, after the profile was discovered. Wilson told a disciplinary panel she had shared images but that it was done "in a manner that did not show her face or make her immediately recognisable".
She claimed to have refused to send images or carry out other activities that were more explicit, which resulted in her losing subscribers. Wilson also claimed she had actively used the account until October 2022 after which she stopped and "became better".
β
The panel found a number of photographs showed only her clothing, without any distinguishing features that would make her identifiable. But they saw two images that showed part of Wilson's face, which the panel said made her identifiable.
Wilson admitted setting up the OnlyFans account and accepted that it had brought the profession into disrepute. The panel found Wilson was in breach of multiple standards, including upholding public trust in the profession.
The report added: "The panel considered that Ms Wilsonβs actions fell significantly short of the requirement to maintain high standards of ethics and behaviour and that she acted without professional regard to the policies of the School." It added: "The panel also considered that there was no evidence to suggest that any students or parents had seen the 'Sophie Palmer' Instagram account or the OnlyFans account which would have also required a paid subscription to access the full content."
A spokesperson for Esteem MAT told the Mirror: "At Esteem we have extremely high standards and expectations for both staff and students. We acted promptly as soon as we were made aware of concerns about a former member of staff in May 2023.
"She was suspended immediately while a swift and thorough investigation took place and was dismissed following its conclusion in July of the same year. The case was then referred to the Teacher Regulation Authority for a full hearing."
