PAUL STEPHENSON has challenged his Hartlepool side to kick-start their survival bid at rock-bottom MK Dons today.
The North-East outfit have gone seven games without a win and are rooted in the bottom four after David Noble and Alex Russell claimed the points for City.
Eifion Williams gave the home side hope with a late strike but it was too late to turn things around.
Boss Stephenson said: "We need to regroup and hit the ground running at MK Dons and not worry what other teams are doing."
City boss Gary Johnson said: "We can still make the top six."
