The death of her husband Ralph, who was a passenger in the same car and had been fighting for his life in hospital, was announced on Tuesday. Tragically, the couple had marked their sixth wedding anniversary the day before the crash.

A funeral celebrating the lives of Ralph, Kith and their unborn baby, Kate Singco, has been announced on the O'Kanes Funeral Directors website. A Requiem Mass will be held on Wednesday, January 21, at noon at St Vincent De Paul Church, Ligoneil, Belfast Live reports.

A verse from Matthew 5:4 was included in the funeral notice, which read: "Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted."

Family and friends from around the world have paid tribute to the couple on social media.

One of Kith's cousins wrote: "You were my cousin by blood, my friend by choice, and you'll live on in my heart forever. Forever in our hearts. You will be deeply missed, your memory is a treasure. Rest in paradise."

A friend said: "I am heartbroken to hear about my gorgeous friend Kith Qui Singco. During my four years in Belfast, I worked for Staff Nursing Ltd but I spent a lot of time in Our Lady's Care Home. Kate was much more than a colleague, Kate was a loyal friend with a big heart. Kate was loved by all the staff and residents."

The Police Service of Northern Ireland confirmed Kith's death on Monday evening and said her unborn baby also died as a result of the collision.

Police are appealing for further information. Anyone who witnessed the collision or has dashcam footage from the road at the time is urged to contact the Collision Investigation Unit on 101, quoting reference number 735 11/01/26.
