KEN BATES says he will be seeking "substantial damages" from former Leeds United employee Gary Worthington.

Bates accuses Worthington, who quit the post of assistant academy director to join Chelsea last year, of "tapping-up" teenagers Tom Taiwo and Michael Woods, luring them from Elland Road.

Worthington, he says, breached an agreement not to approach Leeds players for five years.
