If you’ve been keeping up with the latest series of The Traitors, then by now you’ve no doubt got some favourite contestants. And one who seems to be winning over viewers lately is former barrister and crime novelist Harriet Tyce.
There’s spoilers ahead, so if you haven’t seen Wednesday night’s show you’ve been warned! But after last night’s episode saw the fan favourite banished at the round table, she’s getting the last laugh after sales of her crime novels have soared following her appearance on the show.

On Amazon, two of her books have skyrocketed up the best sellers list in the Kindle Store, with her novel, The Lies You Told , currently ranking at number 26 worldwide. Meanwhile, her novel Blood Orange is ranking at number 63 on the same list.
For a limited time, the Kindle edition of The Lies You Told is free on Kindle Unlimited or £0.99 to purchase, or you can snap up the audiobook version for the same £0.99 price tag. Meanwhile paperback copies of the book are under £10 at £9.54, and the hardback is £19.39 if you love having a physical copy to read.
One glowing review of the book said: “Fast paced , kept you guessing right up till the end. A new author to me but I look forward to reading lots more of Harriet's books.”
However one wrote: “I have to agree with the reviews this book was not quite in the same league as Blood Orange which I thought was a brilliant page turner, however I would still recommend reading this too. It was an easy reading thriller and although maybe not as gripping I still found it a good read with interesting characters. I look forward to her next.”
You can also pick up Blood Orange, which was a Sunday Times Bestseller, in all four formats. The audiobook is only £0.99 or the Kindle edition is £4.99, whilst the paperback is £9.99 and the hardback is £14.95.
You can also pick up physical copies of her books at Books 2 Door where they’re already starting to sell out. Waterstones is also a great option, which currently stocks all of her books including a pre-order of her latest novel, which comes out next month.
You can also shop crime books from plenty of other authors there to bulk up your 2026 reading list. There’s also plenty of other celebrity titles from the likes of Judge Rob Rinder, and Richard Osman’s Thursday Murder Club series which was recently turned into a hit Netflix film.
However if you’re keen to see how Harriet Tyce’s crime novels play out and keep your Traitors binge going, Amazon is a great place to pick them up for less right now.
