Starting off with the Chill Moodmist, this is currently available for £45 in a 100ml size. With a scent profile consisting of florals, calming herbs and an earthy musk, it could be perfect for shoppers wanting a relaxing evening, after a stressful day, or to help sleep come a little quicker. The brand recommends simply spritzing around for an 'immersive scent experience'.
Featuring Moods' clinical testing that involved 90 healthy individuals asked to complete tasks that induced stress, the brand claims, Chill lead to a 25% decrease in stress levels, 10% decrease in blood pressure and a 10% reduction in stress response. Moods' has eight essential oils included in each Moodmist.
The Charisma Moodroller is available from Moods

According to the site, the moodroller helps reduce social anxiety and steady stress responses
Shoppers after a daytime stress reliever could look at the Charisma Moodroller, currently priced at £25. Available in 15ml, with a scent profile of bright citrus and spice, this aroma is designed to subdue those pesky nerves before an important meeting or interview, or to just to help shoppers through a networking event.
Having been tested on 150 adults using a social stress test, Moods found a 30% reduction in social anxiety, 25% lower cortisol and a much faster fading nervous energy to help shoppers regain composure quickly. Moods recommends applying the Moodroller onto pulse points, such as wrists, necks or behind ears, for the most effective mood boost.
Finally, completing the offers and designed for focus, the Genius Moodroller is currently priced at £25, available in 15ml. Featuring notes of soft grapefruit and herbs, with a sparkling lemongrass cutting through, the Genius is designed to boost mental sharpness and clarity, whether shoppers are after a productive day, busy brainstorming, or looking for a change away from caffeine-heavy commutes.
Being non-irritating with a rollerball application, Moods similarly recommends buyers to apply to pulse points for the ultimate enhancement experience. With a clinical trial involving 90 adults for Genius, Moods claims it found a 15% boost in long-term memory, 30% boost in brain activity, along with increased alertness and clarity, as well as a decreased state of brain fog.
Alternatively buyers after a more traditional pillow mist could look at Boots' NEOM Wellbeing Perfect Night's Sleep Pillow Mist in 30ml, currently priced at £18.40. Featuring a specific and complex blend of natural fragrances from essential oils, the brand says, it 'smells like freshly cut lavender', designed to help buyers get to sleep with a light spritz on the pillow.
Shoppers after a gift set for the holidays could also check out M&S' This Works Choose Sleep Gift Set, currently priced at £12. Featuring both a roll-on and pillow spray, it includes essential oils of eucalyptus, frankincense and lavender to promote a restful night in its two 5ml bottles. Buyers will also be pleased to hear they’re suitable for vegetarians, dermatologically tested and cruelty free.
Back to Moods' Black Friday sale line-up, shoppers loved the effects. One buyer of the Chill Moodmist said: “Love this! I ordered the roll-on version of this calming, beautifully relaxing scent and slept like a log the first time in years after applying it. Gorgeous smell, design, feel - highly recommend!”
Another shopper found the Charisma Moodroller to be a delightful boost of confidence. They added: “This smells fruity and sweet, and it really does what it says. I feel instantly calmer in this uplifting way, where I feel like I can take on anyone and anything that comes my way day or night.”
Some shoppers left feedback, however. One, speaking about the Frisky Moodmist at Space NK, found they would buy it again if there was a reformulation. They added: “It’s a long-lasting oil blend, so these sprays are for spraying on skin. I’d like more roses if there’s ever a reformulation, and that’s the reason for knocking off a star.”
Another shopper said: “I wasn’t sure a pulse-point oil could actually do anything, but Genius is now a non-negotiable part of my workday. Within 30 seconds, I feel clearer, more focused, and ready to go. The scent is so long-lasting and beautifully complex - clean, green, and uplifting without being overpowering - and it lasts for hours. If you struggle with procrastination, brain fog or need a productivity boost without more caffeine, this is it. Total game-changer.”
The Genius Moodroller, Charisma Moodroller, and Chill Moodmist can be found at Moods.
