There's nothing quite like a newly hoovered home and robot vacuum cleaners assist in giving that fresh feeling, without having to lift a finger. Not just for people who are busy, robot vacuum cleaners are a handy help to anyone struggling to keep on top of pesky pet hair, muddy footprints, and the general gathering of dust and grime around the house.
At first, a robot vacuum may sound like an extravagance; however, I've spotted Amazon have several impressive Black Friday discounts on Lefant robot vacuum cleaners that could see shoppers saving up to £180. With price reductions up to 45% off, these Lefant models now starting from £120 can cut down the time and effort spent maintaining tidy floors and carpets and should well pay themselves back in terms of convenience and use.
Robot vacuum cleaners operate using sensor technology, allowing the robot to avoid drops and obstacles while simultaneously vacuuming. All a user needs to do is select a cleaning mode and the robot cleaner does all the work. When choosing a robot vacuum cleaner, it's important to consider battery life, navigation, capacity and surface compatibility. I've compiled the best deals on Lefant vacuum cleaners below, with all of them doubling up as robot mops able to tackle both hard floors and carpets.

When choosing a robot vacuum cleaner, it's important to consider battery life, navigation, capacity and surface compatibility. I've compiled the best deals on Lefant vacuum cleaners below, with all of them doubling up as robot mops able to tackle both hard floors and carpets.
Lefant vacuums start from £120 thanks to the Black Friday deals. And, as they are stocked at Amazon, can be delivered quickly - getting the home in a mess-free state ahead of December. As well as those I've selected, there are also savings to be had on other models including the M3 Max Gray which the Mirror recently reviewed, now £322.99 instead of £379.99. While the M3 White is now £294 instead of £346.53 and the M2 Plus Black is now less than £200, with a 50% discount taking it from £399.99 to £199.99.
Shoppers looking for a new robot vacuum may also consider Currys, who stock a variety from Samsung through to Narwal. There is also iRobot that has launched Black Friday deals across a range of robot vacuums, starting at £179 down from £399 for the Roomba 205 DustCompactor.
Lefant M2S Plus Robot Vacuum and Mop - now £219.98, was £399.99
The M2S Plus Robot Vacuum and Mop is arguably one of the most popular Lefant robot vacuum models, racking up more than 1,800 five-star reviews at Amazon. It's also currently one of the top deals - reduced by £180 in a 45% off Black Friday discount. An upgrade on the M2 Plus model, just one single charge allows the gadget to run for up to 240 minutes of continuous cleaning, making it suitable for a larger home.
Self-emptying and with a 2.5 litre dust bag, a powerful base means it can efficiently collect dust, debris and pet hair. It even works in darkness, using a 15m scanning range to avoid obstacles as it works. What makes this model really clever is that it can be voice-controlled via Alexa and Google Assistant, simply allowing a user to say 'clean the bedroom', hands-free.
Shoppers can even create custom cleaning areas, schedule cleanings, set no-go zones, adjust suction levels, spot cleaning, and room selections, via a clever app controlled by their phone. Someone has noted that this model is a 'little noisy', however, another has said: "No more heavy hoovering.
"Compact and tidy with easy-to-understand instructions. I love the fact I can get up in the morning and my carpets are freshly hoovered. Wish I had purchased one sooner. Saves time, space and effort."
There are other robot vacuum cleaners on the market, including Shark's Robot Vacuum & Mop, on sale for £399.99 down from £699.99. This model has been rated 4.2 stars out of five stars by reviews and has been praised as 'easy to set up.'
Lefant M2 Pro Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum Cleaner with Mop - now £199.99, was £349.99
Those with a budget of under £200 can still get their hands on the M2 Pro model, saving £150 off the typical £349.99 price tag and nabbing it for 43% off. It has been specifically designed for pet owners, removing pet hair and preventing it from getting stuck in the machine.
It also utilises a 190° wide detection angle, accurately detecting and avoiding objects as close as 4cm away. The 2-in-1 gadget with 2.5 litre dust bag can also mop wet floors, avoiding carpets when the mop holder is attached, keeping them dry. When this holder is removed, it will then boost suction, making it a great choice for those with various flooring.
One five star reviewer wrote: "Love this machine, makes life so much easier. Shocking how much dust it actually picks up daily."
Another user pointed out the "filter needs to be cleaned after each use" but said it was "useful". While a pleased pet owner said: "This product has changed my life. I have a heavy-shedding cat, and the reduction of hair is impressive. It’s very good on my hard floors.
"Takes about 30 minutes to do my lounge and kitchen. I usually use it every other day and do my big clean once a week and I’m surprised at how little my main handheld vacuum picks up.. because my little robot does such a good job."
Lefant M330 Pro Robot Vacuum and Mop - now £127.51, was £165.99
A second incredibly pet-friendly Lefant model is the M330 Pro Robot Vacuum and Mop. This pet hair specialist vacuum features an anti-tangle suction port and powerful suction to remove embedded fur from carpets, hard floors, and under furniture.
It's also a model that uses the smart app to schedule cleanings from a phone, as well as voice control capabilities using Alexa and Google Assistant. This sleek robot vacuum cleaner is ultra-thin (9.5cm), so it can effortlessly reach under sofas, beds and other furniture. It can clean for 2.5 hours per single charge, so not quite as much as the M2S, however it is suitable for a smaller home or space.
New robot vacuum cleaner users have said: "My first experience with robot vacuums and I am very impressed. It’s very easy to set up and connect to wifi, I have set it to clean after my husband leaves for work then it’s all done when I get up.
"I am always surprised how it finds its way into each room and then back again to recharge when necessary. Doesn’t fall down steps and by the amount of dust and dog hair it picks up, it does a great job."
Another user deducted a star for suction: "Tootles around my living room while I'm doing other things. The suction power of a standard vacuum cleaner is probably stronger, but the robot is a low-effort way to maintain a clean carpet."
Someone else commented: "Great, compact little machine. Cleans our home for approximately 1.5hrs before it returns to the charger. There is a quiet mode which we find handy and the app is great for setting cleaning schedules and to see the areas it has cleaned."
For those on a tighter budget, the eufy Robot Vacuum Cleaner is currently available for under £100 at Amazon. This model has been rated 4.2 out of five stars from more than 26,000 reviews. Users have said they are 'impressed' by the machine, although some have had issues with it getting 'stuck' under household furnishings.
Lefant M310 Ultra Robot Vacuum Cleaner with Mop - now £119.99, was £219.99
Reduced by £100, the M310 Ultra model is ideal for carpet cleaning and light mopping jobs. While it doesn't support map-saving, users can view a real-time cleaning path via the app, and it has an even slimmer design than the M3310 at 7.9cm. A single charge has enough power to clean for up to 170 minutes, and it can be controlled via voice through Alexa and Google Assistant.
Now priced at £119.99, it's an effective choice that users say does a 'very thorough' job. Another person was very pleased, writing: "What a brilliant vacuum cleaner. Great suction and gets into the corners with its side brushes. Very easy to empty into the bin. Can’t believe I didn’t buy this sooner. Definitely recommend."
Some people have pointed out that setting it up to wifi is a 'little fiddly'. With one user struggling to get it set up for specific rooms: "Great cleaner. When set to random, it goes all over the house (bungalow), going from hard surface to carpet with ease. Still haven't worked out how to set it to clean specific rooms though."
Another happy shopper shared: "The best gift I've ever bought myself! So easy to set up, keeps the house looking clean and dust free for busy parents/those with disabilities that find heavy hoovers tough to use. I was pleasantly surprised at how much it sucks up and the power. Great buy. Would highly recommend."
