The Green Party is a left-leaning political party, with a particular focus on environmental policies and a progressive approach to social issues.
Founded in 1990, the Green Party has been co-led by Carla Denyer and Adrian Ramsay since October 2021.
Ms Denyer was elected as the Bristol Central MP in the 2024 general election, whileAdrian Ramsay won in Bristol Central and Waveney Valley. Ellie Chowns was elected in Herefordshire North, and the party also held Brighton Pavilion, which was previously held by Caroline Lucas since 2010.
