The world's most famous National Hunt event is staged at Aintree Racecourse and sees horses compete in a steeplechase over 30 fences bearing names like Becher's Brook and The Chair.

Famous winning horses include Red Rum and Party Politics, while Tiger Roll put his name in folklore by winning in both 2018 and 2019.

The 2021 event was won by Noble Yeats and jockey Sam Waley-Cohen in his final race before retiring.
