Cat Deeley is a master of blending current fashion trends with her own personal style, and there’s an outfit she wore last month that I’ve not been able to get out of my head since. I’ve hunted down the exact dress she wore for an episode of This Morning, and it’s immediately going in my basket.

On March 24, the 48-year-old donned a denim midi dress, which she paired with a red neckerchief and knee boots. Not only is denim, as always, bang on trend for summer, but the accessories lean into that western vibe we’ve seen lingering since Beyonce’s Renaissance - a trend I’m very much here for.

Styled by Rachael Hughes, Cat wore this dropped-waist denim midi dress from high-street brand Cos - a retailer renowned for its elevated basics. Priced at £135, the piece is made from organic cotton and boasts a noughties silhouette for that Y2K aesthetic that has dominated social media for months.

The sleeveless design is perfect for the warmer weather, with a V-neck that sits high on the collarbone. Curved seams sculpt the dropped waistline for a flattering look, with a zip closure that makes it much easier to get on and off.

Coming in sizes 32-44, which works out at 4-16 in UK sizes, it’s also stocked at H&M, however the only downside is that I’ve not seen any shoppers review the dress, which is something I always like to consider when buying a wardrobe investment piece like this.

Cos suggests styling the dress with a pair of knee-high boots, which is exactly what Cat did, wearing her Paris Texas boots. These boots are on the pricier side, costing around £620, but you could get a similar look with these Chocolate Croc PU Point Toe Block Heeled Knee High Boots from PrettyLittleThing for £50.

As for Cat’s neckerchief, she wore a red bandana print tie. While I’m not certain where the mum-of-two got hers, I’ve been eyeing up this £14 Red Paisley Cotton Scarf from M&S to recreate the look.

This outfit is so on trend while remaining totally timeless, which is how I know it’s a real winner. Another look I loved recently was when she wore these High Rise Wide Leg Jeans, £98, from Boden with an M&S knitted one-shoulder top, £29.50.

Anything Cat wears tends to sell out pretty quickly. Her exact French Connection dress proved so popular with viewers, that the £99 frock is now sold out at some retailers, but shoppers can still get the look with this Round Neck Pleated Midaxi Waisted Dress from Marks and Spencer. Costing £45, it boasts a similar round neck and ‘flattering’ drop waist, with a dark coloured figure-hugging bodice that moves into a swishy, light-coloured skirt.

If you wanted to get Cat’s exact look, you can buy the Cost dropped waist denim dress for £135 here. For more inspiration, you can check out our favourite Cat Deeley outfits of 2025 so far.
