A 'malicious' move has left Adam Peaty's family in further distress, days after they were forced to skip their son's wedding to Holly Ramsay. A member of the Peatys is said to have been sent a photo from the big day, showing the swimmer with the Ramsays and Beckhams.
Adam, 31, tied the knot with Gordon Ramsay's daughter Holly, 26, at Bath Abbey on December 27. A bitter fall-out with his family saw his mother Caroline disinvited - and his sister Bethany the only relative in attendance.
The image in question, which was shared with Vogue magazine, shows the newlyweds with her dad Gordon, his wife Tana and their young son Jesse to their right. To the left are David and Victoria Beckham. A source told The Sun that someone posted the image on a family member's social media page, causing further upset.
"This picture appeared on a family member's socials, and it was galling," the insider said. "To see Adam and his bride in her ensemble would have been lovely but the photos showed them with Gordon and Tana, their son and the Beckhams!"

The source added that the family have decided to shield Adam's mum Caroline and dad Mark from seeing the image in the hopes of avoiding additional heartache. They further noted that while Gordon and Tana's son appears in the image, Adam's own son - five-year-old George, who he shares with former partner Eiri Munro - is also absent.
"While we wish the couple happiness, this picture is very hard to take in," the insider concluded. "It shows a bride and groom with just the bride's parents and their best friends. The groom's parents were absent, not through choice, but at their son's decision. It breaks our family's hearts even more."
It's not only the newlyweds who have come under fire for the snaps. Some fans have also turned their attention to the Beckhams, branding them 'hypocrites' given their own fall-out with son Brooklyn. "It looks lovely but all very odd when Brooklyn has done to the Beckhams what Adam had just done to his family. And they stand there smiling! Odd odd odd!" blasted one fan.
Another replied: "I expect the Beckhams are sickened by the behaviour of their 'besties' given that Brooklyn is doing exactly this to them." "But they went along with the whole saga and even stood for photos knowing how much it would hurt Adam's family..." retorted a third.

Gordon had come under fire following reports of a 'cruel' father of the bride speech, but insisted it was perfect.
"Being a dad of three daughters, you dream of that moment," he told hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard. "I was a hot mess but the speech was perfect, it went well. You've got to be warm and emotional but it was a tough gig."
Gordon's "flawless" wedding address apparently contained several barbs aimed at Adam's family during the ongoing dispute between the Ramsays and the Peatys. The Kitchen Nightmares star reportedly declared that his wife Tana "will be a good mum to them both," during the tensions.
A family source told the Daily Mail: "Caroline can't believe Gordon brought their family troubles up in his speech. It is outrageous and very hurtful. By him saying Tana will be a good mum to them both makes Caroline sound like a bad mum. It was a cruel dig at her. She has always done her best for all her children. She is a very good mum."
Gordon also praised how stunning Holly appeared and informed Adam he was a "lucky man", stating: "Look at Tana and that's what you have to look forward to." In what seemed like a pointed reference to Adam's missing parents, he told Holly: "Shame you don't have the same."
Issues between Adam and his family reportedly began following a row that erupted when bride-to-be Holly did not invite her future mother-in-law to her hen-do, at which close family and celebrity friends like Victoria Beckham were present. Adam's aunt, Louise Williams, publicly criticised Ramsay for not inviting Caroline, calling the decision "divisive and hurtful" – for which Caroline publicly thanked her.
Tensions continued to simmer with claims Caroline offended the bride-to-be by wanting to wear cream on the wedding day, before reports that Adam's brother, James Peaty, was arrested over allegations he sent threats to Adam on his stag do . Then Caroline gave an explosive interview in which she said that the Ramsay family is "pulling him away from her", stating that she knows "it's the end" of her relationship with her son but that she doesn't "wish any ill" on him or Holly.
A source close to the Peaty family has suggested that the tension is due to the difference in their working-class background and the more affluent lifestyle of the Ramsay family. The glitzy world of showbiz, is a world away from Adam's more humble upbringing in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire as one of four growing up on the 'poverty line'.
To help him achieve his dreams, Caroline would wake up at 4 am to drive Adam the 40 minutes from their home to the pool in Derby. She would wait two hours for his morning session to finish, drive him home, have a quick breakfast, and then go to her full-time job as a nursery manager from 8 am to 5 pm. After work, she would then drive him back to the pool for evening training sessions, often not getting home until 8 pm or 10 pm.
Adam is surprisingly open about the resentment he felt growing up. In an interview with The Guardian, he said, "That relationship with suffering has driven me since I was a kid. I am working class – but millions of people in this country are also working class. They live paycheck to paycheck and can't have luxury things.
"I was in a larger family with two brothers and one sister, so you had to fight for what you had and because I was the youngest I always had hand-me-downs. I don't want to sound too harsh on my parents because they did so much for me."
Adam and Holly met in 2021 on the set of Strictly Come Dancing, on which the swimmer was a contestant alongside her younger sister, Tilly. The pair began dating in 2023 and announced their engagement in September 2024.
