Eamonn Holmes looked loved up as he posed alongside his girlfriend Katie Alexander as they attended John Caudwell's charity event, held at his sprawling mansion, in Mayfair. Using his walking aid, Eamonn. 65, cut a distinguished appearance wearing a white shirt under a navy blue overcoat.

Beside him stood his girlfriend Katie, 43, who looked the picture of elegance. The counsellor wore a floor length purple gown. She teamed her look with a faux fur brown jacket and completed her look with what looks like a black quilted leather Chanel bag.

Katie is seen holding on to Eamonn's arm as they made their way into the lavish event. This comes after Eamonn made an emotional admission about his health while presenting the morning segment on GB News.

Eamonn along with his co-star were discussing Peter Mandelson urinating in the street, in London. And it seemed the discussion resonated with the news presenter die to his spinal issues. He claimed that there are days where he "can't wait" when he feels the need to use the toilet.

Speaking to his co-presenter Ellie Costello he said: "I'm getting over a medical condition, and I just can't wait. And then (Mandelson) was in the street. But what else is the man to do? Knock on someone's door and say, 'Would you let me go and have a pee in your house?'."

He added: "Most people are going to say, how dare you, I'm not going to do that. So I'm saying there is a difficulty in public about where you actually go to relieve yourself. That's the thing."

While Eamonn was keen to discuss the matter further, it seemed his bosses had other ideas, which infuriated the TV personality.

Berating the production team he said: "And as my producer says in my ear the give away is next. They're obviously not interested in this dilemma or how it relates to me identifying with it."

Eamonn's health deteriorated in 2021 after suffering with a spinal injury which led to complications, leaving him needing a wheelchair. In a chat with the Sunday World, he revealed: "I have to have carers now looking after me. Somebody dresses me in the morning, somebody undresses me at night, somebody gets my food for me. "

He added: "I have to be tested with spinal injections to see if it will take, and then grow some life back into my spine and legs. It's all very experimental. I'll know next week. I'd say this is the toughest stage of my life ever. And I just battle on."
