Jodie Marsh breaks silence after devastating farm fire kills her animals
Jodie Marsh broke down as she said will be moving "far far away" following the devastating fire at her beloved Fripps Farm. The reality star said she was "broken beyond belief" by the death of two of her animals.
There was a fire at her farm in Uttlesford, Essex, on Saturday and sadly, two marmosets - small monkeys more commonly found in South America - died. She explained she had been hand rearing them after their mother's death. In a teary video, she said she was broken by it all as she had given up everything for her animals.
She said: "I've given up my whole life for them, and those babies meant everything to me. I am so broken, so broken." I don't care about my house being destroyed. I have lost everything that's valuable to me - but I don't care.
"The only thing I care about is that I lost two baby marmosets, and the reason I had them in the bedroom is because their mum died giving birth, and I had to take them and hand rear them. They meant everything to me.
"That's the biggest loss for me. This [her propert] is just stuff that can be replaced. The babies dying, has broken me beyond belief. Because I do everything for these animals."
She went on to say how she will now move to begin her new life. “I will be going far, far away. I don’t care about my house being destroyed, all I care about is losing twomarmosets."

The animals include emus, llamas, alpacas, goats, sheep, cows, pigs, and deer. There is also an enclosure full of peacocks and chickens, with geese and ducks roaming around.
The blaze is understood to have been accidental and caused by an electrical item. A spokesperson for Essex County Fire and Rescue Service said: “Firefighters were called at 4.56pm to a fire in Lindsell, Dunmow. On arrival, the property was full of smoke and crews discovered a fire in the upstairs bedroom.
“Crews worked hard to extinguish the fire and stop it from spreading. The cause of the fire has been recorded as accidental, started by an electrical item.”

Instagram/ @jodiemarshtv)Jodie claims she spends £25,000 a month to keep Fripps Farm going, paying for her two full-time staff and five part-time workers and all the costs of looking after her animals. The 47-year-old ex-glamour model also has 15 volunteers helping her keep her small zoo of animals going.
She says she pays for some of this through social media, particularly the somewhat controversial OnlyFans platform. However, the farm has sparked controversy as campaigners have accused Jodie of animal cruelty, mistreatment, and having poor living conditions for the animals.Critics also claim that Jodie buys most of her animals, alleging that she only says she rescues them as an excuse to keep exotic pets that wouldn't usually be allowed in the UK. However, she denies these allegations.
