The Manchester Central convention complex has halls, conference suites, exhibition spaces and meeting rooms, including an 804-seat auditorium. It has hosted events including political conferences, exhibitions, gala banquets, sporting competitions and concerts. The Grade II-listed building, which was known as G-Mex, began life as Central Station, serving train passengers between 1880 and 1969.
