Southside collision and M50 delays - live traffic updates

Good evening and welcome to Dublin Live's traffic blog in partnership with Dublin City FM.

A collision has been cleared from the M50 southbound at Junction 5 Finglas. Severe delays of 80 minutes remain from Junction 3 M1.

Watch out for another incident as you join the M50 from the N2 at J5. Naas Road queues from Long Mile Road to a crash on either side of the road, both near Junction 6 Castlewarden.

The N3 inbound queues from Junction 2 Snugborough to join the M50, with a broken down car in the middle lane at the hospital flyover.

Take care as you join the motorway from Coolock Lane, as there's a broken down car on the ramp.

The collision has been cleared from the M50 southbound at J5 (Finglas). Severe delays of 80 minutes remain from J3 (M1).


17:56 - Two M50 collisions

The middle and right lanes are now blocked while emergency services manage a collision on the M50 southbound at Junction 5 Finglas. Long delays of 60 minutes from Junction 3 M1, Dublin City FM reports.

There is also collision as you exit the M50 northbound at J13 (Dundrum). It's partly blocking the the Bearna Way slip lane. Take care in the area.

17:24 - Delays across the city - latest update

Here is your latest traffic update in partnership with Dublin City FM.

Long Mile Road and Naas Road queue onto the N7, which is heavy to J4 (Rathcoole).

Traffic slows down again to pass a crash after J5 (Steelstown).

Kylemore Road and Ballyfermot Road are both very slow.

Cabra Road is busy from Phibsborough, and it remains heavy through to Ashtown.

There are delays out of Ballymount.

Chapelizod Bypass queues towards the Palmerstown Lights.

The N11/Stillorgan Road is busy from Mount Merrion Avenue to White's Cross.

16:53 - Latest traffic update

Here is your latest traffic update in partnership with Dublin City FM.

Stillorgan Road is slow from UCD to White's Cross, but a crash nearby has been cleared.

The M50 is heavy southbound from the M1 to J7 (Lucan), and again from J16 (Cherrywood) to get by Bray on the M11.

Long Mile Road queues onto the N7, and it remains heavy through to J4 (Rathcoole).

Greenhills Road is busy into Tallaght.

Drummartin Link Road is heavy from Goatstown to Sandyford.

The N11/Stillorgan Road queues from Mount Merrion Avenue due to a crash on the N31/Brewery Road.

The M50 is heavy southbound from the M1 to Junction 7 Lucan, and again from Junction 16 Cherrywood to get by Bray on the M11.

Davitt Road is slow to join Naas Road. The N7 is busy to Junction 4 Rathcoole.
