Dunelm's January sale, featuring discounts on a variety of bedding ranges, is set to end this weekend. Shoppers have until Sunday, January 18, to take advantage of the last few discounted prices before items go back to their original cost.
The online sale includes hundreds of items, including bedding sets, pillow covers, and mattress toppers. A simple bedding swap can often revitalise a bedroom without the need for a complete overhaul involving furniture, flooring, and wallpaper, and it helps if it costs as little as possible.
Bargain hunters still have a good opportunity to spruce up their spaces for 2026 with discounted bedding. For instance, Argos is offering up to a third off selected bedding, including the Seersucker Gingham Woven Green Bedding Set (available in sizes single to king from £14.65).
Additionally, Marks and Spencer currently has a homeware sale featuring items like the neutral Brushed Cotton Bedding Set for as little as £15.60 (sizes available for single to super king, matching sheets and pillowcases, multiple colours). However, time is running out to snag the deals at Dunelm.
The homeware retailer kicked off its first sale of the year shortly after Christmas. But, the deadline to capitalise on these offers is rapidly approaching, with the website indicating that the sale will end this weekend, reports the Mirror.
Meadow Floral Polycotton Duvet Cover and Pillowcase Set (starting from £7)
A sought-after product now featured in the sale could provide an effortless way to inject personality into your bedroom without undertaking a full-scale makeover. The Meadow Floral Polycotton duvet set is available with single options priced from just £7.
This eye-catching bedding is reversible, featuring "two beautiful styles" that bring floral elements to bedrooms in a "practical yet eye-catching" manner. Customer feedback has been largely positive, with one reviewer saying: "Lovely design and good colours. Both sides are very warming colours".
Another satisfied buyer described the set as "very pretty and well made", though some criticism was left online. One shopper claimed: "The duvet cover/pillows are very pretty but it is very stiff and scratchy so if you have sensitive skin, this is not the duvet cover for you."
Brushed Cotton Duvet Cover and Pillowcase Set (now from £10)
For those preferring something more understated, and similar to the M&S range, there's a deal on lots of the different colour options for the Soft and Cosy Luxury 100% Brushed Cotton Duvet Cover and Pillowcase Set. With prices beginning at £10 for selected single bedding options and more than 20 colours available, customers have plenty of choice.
The homeware retailer claims the bedding set is "lightweight and naturally breathable", emphasising the ease of matching possibilities with pillowcases and fitted sheets in the exact same shades. More than 800 customers have given this "timeless" collection a perfect five-star rating.
One buyer found it "so comfy to sleep with" that they "ended up buying two more sets" in different colours. Another reviewer praised how "extremely comfortable" their bed felt with this set, though one customer noted that "the colour did fade after the first wash".
Portloe Woven Gingham Cotton Duvet Cover and Pillowcase Set (now from £15)
Bearing strong similarities to the Argos range, but available in nine colour options, the Portloe Woven Gingham Cotton duvet set has been reduced in the Dunelm sale, with single sets starting at £15, although pricing varies according to the size and style selected.
The retailer describes the bedding as featuring "sumptuously soft fabric with a linen-look aesthetic". Each set includes coordinating pillowcases. There is also an option to buy more pillowcases separately to cover any additional cushions on the bed.
Customers were delighted with their purchases, with one describing it as "hotel quality" whilst another said the yellow option "creates positive energy" and has "no problems when washing or ironing". Nevertheless, some were disappointed, with one Dunelm shopper warning: "So dry and scratchy after one wash. Do not waste your money on this."
