Bristol City failed to lay a glove on the Baggies this afternoon as they extended their winless run to four matches in the Championship.

The Robins got exactly what they deserved there, nothing. Manning's side were second best all over the park and will be sat 12th in the Championship at Christmas.

City will want the full-time whistle to come now.

Huge miss from Maja

That should be that. Maja is played through and only has O'Leary to beat, but steers his shot well wide of the post. The Reds really should have been thrashed this afternoon.

City let off the hook

Albion are out for blood now and they could easily be four or five goals clear. They break down the left and the ball is cut back to the penalty spot, but no-one is there to turn home. That's a let off for Manning's side.

Double change for the hosts

Devante Cole and Lewis Dobbin are on for the hosts as the game continues to get away from the Reds.

Bartley booked

The Albion skipper goes flying into Hirakawa after he skips around him and is rightly in the book. Good feet from the Japanese winger.

The away end are struggling

Having made plenty of noise throughout the game, the travelling City fans have gone a bit flat here and you can't blame them. Their side has offered very little.

The ex-Rangers man has got stuck in since he came on but gets this one wrong as he chops down his man but avoids a booking. This is getting away from City here.

Yu is straight into the action as he skips by his marker and cuts the ball back to McCrorie. The Scotsman gets his shot away, but Bartley blocks it comfortably to keep City at arm's length.

Fally Mayulu, Anis Mehmeti and Scott Twine make way with Sam Bell, Yu Hirakawa and George Earthy all taking to the field.

Once again, the former QPR man pulls off a big block to stop Albion extending their lead. This has almost been one way traffic so far this half.

This game should be done. Maja does well to skip behind the Reds' backline and luckily, Dickie slides in to touch his shot behind the goal.

The Robins are riding their luck right now.

Big stop from O'Leary

O'Leary once again gets down well to keep the score at 2-0. He dives low to his left to keep out a long-range effort and give the Robins some hope of finding a way back into the game.

"We've got the ball"

Not that things have been a bit flat at The Hawthorns, but the travelling fans are now chanting "We've got the ball" whenever Manning's side get possession.

Massive tackle from Pring

Pring does so well here to get back and tacke Fellows as he looks to take a shot. It does give Albion another corner, but that was a goal saving challenge from the left-back.

The attacking midfielder trips his man for no reason on the halfway line. That sums up just how sloppy the Robins have been today.

Wide from Johnston

The Baggies winger is in the mood today and comes close to getting a third as he cuts in on his right foot. City manage to get something on his effort and concede a corner which is cleared up field.

Albion change

Molumby makes way for Uros Racic. Corberan is probably getting him off before he is sent off.

The Baggies once again cause City all sort of problems on the counter and Johnston has the chance to secure his hattrick. City are let off however as the winger drags his shot wide of the near post.

That would have been game, set and match.

Mayulu forces a save

The City forward tries his luck from outside the box and while it wasn't the perfect effort, he forces a good save from Palmer and unfortunately, Knight couldn't bury the rebound.

Half chance for Mehmeti

The City winger finds space in the box but before he can do anything with it, he's closed down by a sea of Albion defenders. That's a bit of a half chance.

Break in play

The away fans are frustrated because the Robins looked as though they were breaking away, but the referee stops the game because of two head injuries to Albion players.

The rules are the rules but that's irritating.

Back underway

City get us back underway at The Hawthorns. Let's home those away fans behind the goal can suck the ball into the back of the net.

Ross McCrorie is on in place of Max Bird. You have to assume that's a change of system for the Robins as they look to find a way back into the game.

The Scotsman seems to be going through his warm-up at half-time. Wonder if we may see a City change early in this one.
