In a photo supplied by a resident, which has been censored to protect privacy, a First Bus vehicle can be seen at the Nine Tree Hill stop, while a paramedic kneels down beside it.

The local woman confirmed that the crash had taken place on Cheltenham Road, and may have involved the 75 bus, which runs from the Hengrove depot to Cribbs Causeway.

She said the other party appeared to be a "guy on an e-scooter".
