A body has been discovered in a wooded area in north Bristol this morning (Saturday, October 11). Emergency services were called to the incident near Kings Weston Road near Henbury, in the early hours of this morning.
A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said they were "alerted to a sudden death in a wooded area off Kings Weston Road just after 5am".
The man's death is not currently being treated as suspicious, police added. A report will be prepared for the coroner.
Avon and Somerset Police added: "Our thoughts are with his next of kin, who have been informed."
