Primark Birmingham customers have been alerted over an in-store closure set to hit shoppers in the near future.
β
The retail giant has announced some of its cafes within branches will be shutting down for good - including the Birmingham High Street branch.
β
Three other locations are also earmarked for closure, with the decisions made informed by the size and location of each store.
β
Branches which will see in-store cafe closures include cafes in Glasgow Braehead shopping centre, Edinburgh Princes Street and Belfast Royal Avenue, alongside the Birmingham location.

Each Primark branch is known for his funky design and themes, which range from Lilo and Stitch and Hello Kitty to The Simpsons and Stranger Things.
β
The announcement comes after a video was posted to social media of Primark employees allegedly being "made redundant."
Footage which circulated online shows three employees cleaning tables and working behind the counter in a Primark cafe, captioned with: "Us because we are getting made redundant and will never see each other again. RIP Primark cafe."
However, Primark has said that no staff members are currently being impacted by the closures, the Express reported.
β
A spokesperson said: "We know how important our stores are to our customers and weβre constantly reviewing them to ensure we provide the best shopping experience.
"As weβve expanded our own product offering, we are adapting our spaces so that each store is best set up to cater to local customer preferences."

It continued: "As part of this, we have been reviewing our in-store concessions and considering how we maximise and best use the space we have in our stores.
βOver the next 12 months customers will start to see the closure of some concessions. These decisions are being informed by the size and location of each store.β
The spokesperson added: "As this will be managed over the next 12 months and beyond, no Primark colleagues are currently impacted.
"However, we appreciate it may impact some of our partners and weβre committed to managing this process with care and transparency, supporting them throughout."
