Police were appealing for information after a man died following a three-car smash in Lichfield.
Emergency services were called to Lynn Lane, Shenstone, at around 9pm on Friday, October 3.
A Peugeot had been involved in a collision with a Land Rover Defender, and a Toyota, also sustained minor damage.

Sadly, the Peugeot driver, a man in his 60s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
A female passenger was taken to hospital as a precaution.
The driver of the Land Rover was checked over at the scene but he did not require hospital treatment.
The Toyota driver was uninjured.
Staffordshire Police was keen to speak to anyone who saw the vehicles prior to the collision, who may have relevant information or dashcam footage.

The deceased man has not been named by the force, however his next of kin has been informed.
The force said they were "being supported by specialist officers at this difficult time".
